With our innovative technology in which holes are drilled on stencil’s peripheries, stencil can be assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and repeatedly. SMT stencil’s tension-achieving system was granted with PRC SIPO’s patent right of utility models (Patent#: 201120191879.4). Its tension-achieving system is driven by compressed air, enabling SMT stencil’s whole processing area to achieve an ideal tension of 35-50N evenly. In case of specific requirement, a tension of more than 50N is also possible. After SMT stencil is fixed on frames, air source to drive the frames can be cut off immediately.
